Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inquiries and leads, articulate the advantages of Goldfish Swim School, and convert prospects into loyal members.
- Manage incoming calls, handle inquiries, take messages, and direct calls professionally.
- Process student registrations utilizing Salesforce and iClassPro booking software.
- Address customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Assist members with merchandise and vending purchases.
- Welcome parents and students as they arrive at the front desk.
- Check in students using the attendance tracking system.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, Snack Shack, changing areas, restrooms, and observation space.
- Monitor voicemails and email correspondence, responding in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to management as needed.
- Conduct collection calls to resolve billing issues.
- Prepare student lesson schedules for instructors and management.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the employer.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
Requirements:
