As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an outstanding “Judgement Free” experience.

Key Responsibilities:
– Greet members and guests warmly, providing outstanding customer service to ensure that all members feel comfortable and welcome.
– Handle phone calls in a friendly manner, assisting callers with various inquiries.
– Check in members, conduct club tours, enroll new members, log amenities, and effectively communicate updates and billing inquiries to members and guests.
– Respond respectfully and promptly to members’ questions and concerns.
– Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including restrooms, equipment, front desk area, and amenities.

Qualifications and Physical Demands:
– Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
– Punctuality and reliability are essential.
– Prior customer service experience is preferred.
– Extended periods of standing and walking are required during shifts.
– Must be comfortable with continual interaction with members and potential members both in person and via phone.
– Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds.
