Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional "Judgement Free" experience for all Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. Your primary duties will include:

  • Greeting members and guests warmly, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring they feel comfortable and welcome
  • Answering phone inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Checking in members, providing tours of the facility, signing up new members, logging amenities, and addressing updates and billing inquiries
  • Responding promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns
  • Maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, including restrooms, equipment, the front desk area, and amenities

Qualifications and Physical Demands:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during your shift
  • Comfortable engaging with members and potential members in person and via phone
  • Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds
