As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to a "Judgement Free" experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests warmly, providing top-notch customer service to ensure a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly manner and assist callers with various inquiries.
- Check in members, conduct club tours, enroll new members, log amenities, and communicate important updates or billing concerns.
- Address member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Perform regular cleaning duties throughout the facility, including bathrooms, equipment, the front desk area, and amenities.
Qualifications and Physical Demands:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Previous customer service experience is preferable.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of your shift.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for engaging with members both in person and over the phone.
- Capability to lift up to 45 pounds.
