As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. Your efforts will contribute to an unparalleled “Judgement Free” member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

– Greet members and guests warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and welcome
– Answer incoming calls in a friendly manner and assist callers with various inquiries
– Check in members, conduct club tours, and facilitate new member sign-ups; log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues
– Address member questions and concerns promptly and professionally
– Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including bathrooms, equipment, front desk area, and amenities

Qualifications and Physical Demands:

– Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
– Punctuality and reliability are essential
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift
– Capacity to communicate effectively with members and potential members in person and over the phone
– Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds
