Job Summary
This is a full-time position with shifts running from 12 PM to 8 PM on weekends, and 2 PM to 10 PM or 3 PM to 11 PM on weekdays.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting members, prospective members, and guests.
- Manage all front desk operations, including but not limited to:
- Answering phone calls in a friendly manner and assisting callers with various inquiries.
- Verifying member identities and scanning member barcodes into the system.
- Facilitating new member sign-ups.
- Conducting club tours for prospective members.
- Updating members’ accounts as necessary.
- Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to the Assistant Club Manager when needed.
- Assisting in maintaining the overall cleanliness and neatness of the club.
- Monitoring the safety of individuals and cleanliness within the facility.
- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
- Stocking locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
- Reporting any broken or missing amenities or equipment (such as toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment, etc.) to the Club Manager.
- Adhering to the “Lost and Found Policy” by promptly submitting lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.
Qualifications/Requirements

Physical Demands
- Continuous standing and walking are required throughout the shift.
- Regular in-person communication with members and handling incoming membership calls.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Engaging in cleaning and dilution of chemicals during the shift.
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and common surfaces within the club.
- Monitoring the club and assisting members throughout the entirety of the shift.
