Job description:
This full-time position requires availability to work one weekend day, with shifts scheduled from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and/or 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Provide outstanding customer service by greeting members, prospective members, and guests warmly.
– Perform various front desk functions, including:
– Answering phone calls in a friendly and helpful manner, addressing a range of inquiries.
– Verifying member identities and checking member barcodes into the system.
– Facilitating new member sign-ups.
– Conducting tours of the club for prospective members.
– Assisting with necessary updates to member accounts.
– Responding to member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Club Manager when necessary.
– Aiding in the upkeep and cleanliness of the club.
– Monitoring safety and hygiene standards within the facility.
– Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
– Ensuring locker rooms are stocked with appropriate supplies.
– Reporting any broken or missing amenities or equipment (such as toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, and gym equipment) to the Club Manager.
– Adhering to the “Lost and Found Policy” and promptly returning found member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:
– Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
– Basic proficiency in computer operations.
