Job description:
The SP+ Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering the highest quality of customer service while assisting the maintenance team in ensuring all common areas near the entrances and exits are kept clean.

Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure a seamless parking experience for customers and facilitate the efficient flow of traffic throughout the facility.
– Assist customers with payments made to fully automated revenue control equipment.
– Go above and beyond to provide an exceptional client and customer experience, adhering to the SP+ Promise.
– Support the management of daily operations at the assigned location.
– Monitor parkers in pay-in lanes to ensure optimal service.
– Create meaningful customer interactions through friendly and professional conduct.
– Assist customers who have forgotten the location of their vehicles.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.
– Conduct garage and facility audits as directed by management.
– Count the revenue “bank” at the beginning of shifts, ensuring accuracy of starting totals.
– Provide change for customers before transactions, as needed.
– Quote rates for parking services.
– Offer directions to city locations and assist customers in reaching their destinations quickly and efficiently.
– Resolve customer complaints independently or in collaboration with a supervisor.
– Answer phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner when required.
– Maintain the cleanliness of the facility and collect any litter in the surrounding areas.
– Uphold a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards at all times while on duty.
– Arrive punctually for scheduled shifts.

Qualifications:
– Salary Range: $16.50/hr

Essential Requirements:
– Education: High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

– Availability: Flexible availability may be required for evening, night, and weekend shifts based on location needs.
– License: A valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record is necessary if driving a company vehicle on company business.
– Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals, as well as make change.
– Language Skills: Proficient in reading, writing, and interpreting the English language, with the ability to present information effectively to various audiences.
