Position Description
Customer Service Representatives – #2001 (Full-Time, 3-4 Openings)

  • Proficient data entry and computer skills, along with the capability to comprehend mapping and directions.
  • Excellent customer service abilities; a genuine enjoyment of engaging with customers over the phone, utilizing a headset, and working in a smaller call center setting.

Schedule:

  • Training (6-8 weeks): Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (1st shift)
  • Post-Training: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Day shift between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM)
  • No weekend shifts required
  • Optional Sunday and holiday shifts available (will earn time-and-a-half for hours worked)
  • Occasional Saturday shifts (1st shift) may be scheduled, providing a weekday off in return
