What We Are Seeking:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome respiratory patients and assist them in signing in.
  • Educate patients on the significance of CPAP device compliance and usage.
  • Complete necessary patient documentation to initiate respiratory therapy procedures.
  • Respond to in-store phone inquiries related to respiratory services and sales.
  • Coordinate all service aspects, including physician orders.
  • Collaborate with patients and caregivers to provide instruction on therapy and equipment.
  • Process sales and rentals through the POS system.

Schedule & Location:

  • Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 4433 Miller Rd, Flint, MI 48507
