Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Return Agent – Columbus Airport
Company: Alamo
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Customer Service Return Agent” role at Columbus Airport is generally considered below the competitive range for similar positions in the region. As of 2023, customer service roles, particularly in airport operations, typically offer hourly wages between $16 and $20, depending on experience and specific responsibilities. Additionally, factors such as the cost of living in Columbus and the industry’s demand for labor can impact wage competitiveness. Therefore, while $15 per hour may attract some candidates, it may struggle to retain talent in a market where higher wages are common for frontline customer service roles.
