Job Description:

  • Our Property Managers enjoy a degree of independence while working across multiple locations, alternating between indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Assess customer storage needs, providing tailored recommendations and selling packing and moving supplies.
  • Conduct daily inspections of storage units to ensure inventory accuracy and availability, ensuring readiness for rental.
  • Manage cash drawer audits and ensure timely bank deposits as part of daily operations.
  • Keep customers updated on payment statuses and initiate reminder or collection calls as necessary.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capable of lifting or moving items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Comfortable spending up to 50% of work hours outdoors, including walking around facilities, climbing stairs, and operating large doors.
  • Ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping indoor areas, as well as maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal, keeping them clean and free of debris.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Ideal candidates come from diverse backgrounds in customer service-oriented sales environments, including but not limited to retail, restaurants, fast food, or similar service industries.
  • Transportation: Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to their own vehicle for travel between different work locations and/or conducting job-related duties (mileage reimbursement is provided).
