Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service – Self Storage Manager
Company: Public Storage
Location: Troy, MI
Pay: $15.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15.50 for a “Customer Service – Self Storage Manager” in Troy, MI, is generally considered below the competitive market rate for similar positions. As of 2023, customer service managers in the storage sector typically earn between $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, company size, and specific duties. Additionally, the cost of living in Michigan, while lower than some neighboring states, still necessitates a wage that can accommodate basic living expenses. Therefore, the offered rate may not attract well-qualified candidates and could hinder retention efforts in a competitive labor market.
