Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service – Self Storage Manager
Company: Public Storage
Location: Fraser, MI
Pay: $15.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15.50 for a “Customer Service – Self Storage Manager” role in Fraser, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum. According to industry standards, self-storage managers typically earn between $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, level of responsibility, and local market conditions. In Michigan, and specifically in suburban areas like Fraser, maintaining competitive wages is essential to attract qualified candidates, especially considering the rising cost of living and demand for customer service roles. Overall, while $15.50 is above minimum wage, it may not be sufficient to attract and retain skilled employees in the long term.
