Public Storage is the industry leader in self-storage, and we are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team.

Earn $14.50 per hour.

In this role, Property Managers will work independently across multiple locations, dividing their time between indoor and outdoor tasks. Responsibilities include:

– Assessing customer storage needs and providing tailored recommendations, including the sale of packing and moving supplies.
– Conducting daily inspections of storage units to ensure inventory accuracy and availability, preparing spaces for rental.
– Handling cash drawer audits and making bank deposits as part of routine operations.
– Assisting customers with payment reminders and making collection calls when necessary.

Physical Requirements:

– Capable of lifting or moving items weighing up to 35 pounds.
– Property Managers should be able to navigate facilities for up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, which may include climbing stairs and opening large doors.
– Performing general cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as sweeping and mopping interiors, as well as maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal.

Qualifications:

– Experience in customer service-oriented sales environments, such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based industries is preferred.
– A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required for travel between work locations and for conducting business-related activities, with mileage reimbursement available.
