As a Property Manager, you will enjoy autonomy while working at various locations, engaging in a mix of indoor and outdoor activities. Your responsibilities will include:

– Conducting daily inspections of storage units to verify inventory and availability, ensuring readiness for rental.
– Auditing cash drawers and processing bank deposits as part of regular business operations.
– Assisting customers with their payment updates and making reminder and collection calls as necessary.
Physical requirements for this role include:
– The ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
– Capacity to navigate facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, which may involve climbing stairs and opening large doors.
– Performing cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior spaces, as well as maintaining the exterior grounds to ensure curb appeal.
Qualifications for candidates include:
