Compensation: $15.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work independently across multiple locations, spending time both indoors and outdoors.
  • Assess customer storage needs and provide recommendations, including sales of packing and moving supplies.
  • Conduct daily inspections of storage units to verify inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready for rental.
  • Manage cash drawer audits and bank deposits as a component of daily operations.
  • Maintain communication with customers regarding payments, which may include reminder and collection calls when necessary.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Spend up to 50% of working time in outdoor environments, including walking throughout facilities, climbing stairs, and opening large doors.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and ensuring exterior grounds are tidy and free of debris.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess experience in customer service-centered sales environments, such as retail, restaurants, fast food, or other service-oriented businesses.
  • A valid driver’s license is required, and employees must utilize their personal vehicle for travel between work locations and for other work-related tasks (mileage reimbursement is available).
