Job Overview
As a Property Manager, you will work autonomously at multiple locations, engaging with customers both indoors and outdoors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing customer storage needs and providing recommendations, which may involve selling packing and moving supplies
• Conducting daily inspections of storage units to verify inventory and availability, ensuring that spaces are ready for rent
• Auditing cash drawers and processing bank deposits as part of our daily operations
• Keeping customers informed about their payment status and making reminder and collection calls when necessary

Physical Requirements
Candidates must meet the following physical demands:

• Ability to transport and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Capability to walk throughout facilities, spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, which may include climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Performing cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas, as well as maintaining the exterior grounds and ensuring curb appeal is clean and free of debris

Qualifications
Successful candidates will have experience in customer service-focused sales environments, which may include retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-oriented roles.

Transportation
A valid driver’s license is required, as employees must use their personal vehicle to travel between various work locations and conduct other work-related activities. Mileage reimbursement will be provided.
