Job Description
As a Property Manager, you will have the autonomy to work independently across multiple locations, engaging both indoors and outdoors. Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing customer storage needs and providing tailored recommendations, including the sale of packing and moving supplies.
  • Conducting daily inspections of storage units to verify inventory and ensure the availability of spaces for rent.
  • Auditing cash drawers and processing bank deposits as part of the daily operational activities.
  • Assisting customers with payment collection and providing reminders as necessary.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Property Managers should be prepared to walk throughout the facility, spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, which may include climbing stairs and operating large doors.
  • Responsibilities will also involve performing cleaning and maintenance duties, such as sweeping and mopping interior areas, as well as maintaining the exterior grounds to uphold curb appeal and keep them free of debris.

Qualifications
Experience: Ideal candidates will have a background in customer service-oriented sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service industries.
Transportation: A valid driver’s license is required, and candidates must utilize their own vehicle for travel between various work locations and/or for conducting work-related tasks. Mileage reimbursement is offered.
