Job description:

We are currently seeking dedicated Full-Time Customer Success Specialists to join our team as we prepare for the busy summer months serving our diverse commercial accounts in the HVAC and maintenance sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for front desk reception duties, including managing incoming calls, relaying messages, and connecting callers with the appropriate personnel to assist with their emergency situations. You will work within a supportive and enthusiastic team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This is a Full-Time position requiring 10-hour shifts on-site. Key responsibilities include:

  • Professionally managing incoming calls
  • Greeting callers in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Collecting and communicating essential information
  • Accurately verifying and entering information into our system

Qualifications:

  • A welcoming voice and an upbeat demeanor
  • Proficiency in the English language with strong spelling and grammar skills
  • Computer literacy in a Windows-based environment
  • Excellent attendance record
  • Typing speed of 35 words per minute or higher
  • Availability to work one weekend day

Compensation:
The starting pay is $18 per hour for employees with perfect attendance. Perfect attendance is defined as consistently being punctual for shifts, returning on time from breaks, and completing scheduled shifts. The pay rate is $15 per hour for those without perfect attendance.
