Job description:

We are currently seeking to hire Full-Time Customer Success Specialists to join our dynamic team as we prepare for the busy summer months servicing our extensive commercial accounts in the HVAC and maintenance industries. In this role, you will serve as the frontline support, managing incoming calls, taking messages, and connecting callers to the appropriate personnel to address their urgent needs. You will be part of a dedicated and friendly team in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Full-Time position requiring a 10-hour shift, onsite. Key responsibilities include:

  • Professionally handling incoming calls
  • Greeting callers with a courteous and friendly demeanor
  • Gathering and relaying pertinent information
  • Accurately verifying and entering information into our system

Qualifications:

  • A welcoming and upbeat voice
  • Strong command of the English language, with excellent spelling and grammar
  • Proficiency in a Windows-based computing environment
  • Consistent attendance record
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
  • Availability to work one weekend day per week

Compensation:
The hourly rate is $18 for employees with perfect attendance. Perfect attendance is defined as being punctual for the start of your shift, returning on time from breaks, and fully completing your assigned shift. The rate without perfect attendance is $15 per hour.
