Job description:

Aeroseal is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to further our mission by serving as a vital liaison between the company and our customers. This role involves providing detailed product and service information, addressing customer inquiries, and effectively resolving any issues that may arise in customer accounts with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor, recognizing the importance of excellent communication skills to advocate for customers when necessary. Confidence in troubleshooting and investigating customer questions and complaints is essential for success in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma; some college education preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Skilled in multitasking.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Process Work Instructions (PWIs).
• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrated through both phone and written communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process customer orders and returns via web, email, and phone.
• Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls while providing exceptional service.
• Develop sustainable relationships and build trust with customer accounts through open and engaging communication.
• Identify customer needs and assess satisfaction to ensure a positive experience.
• Address customer complaints, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within designated timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Contribute to creating an outstanding customer experience through comprehensive product knowledge, understanding dealer relationships, and facilitating smooth order execution.
• Foster a positive company culture by building interpersonal relationships with other departments to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process accounts, and organize related documents.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the manager.

The estimated pay range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, determined by factors such as experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation listed reflects the base salary and does not encompass bonuses or additional benefits.
