Position Details:
- Part-Time Role
- Competitive base rate of $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims, and other airport-related inquiries
- Interpret identification labels alongside baggage and cargo routing tags
- Support self-service kiosk operations
- Maintain organized work areas
- Uphold a positive attitude while assisting passengers
- Ensure safe and secure operational practices
- Capable of lifting and moving cargo and baggage weighing up to 70 lbs
- Engage in bending, stretching, pushing, and pulling as needed
- Execute other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts is a must
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening is required
- Proficient reading, writing, and speaking skills in English are essential
- Comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs and standing for extended periods at various work locations
- Must pass an FBI background check and obtain a US Customs seal
- Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Prior customer service experience is strongly preferred
- Intermediate computer skills are required
