Position Overview

As a key member of our sales organization, you will be instrumental in driving sales opportunities, productivity, and effectiveness through data analytics and business intelligence initiatives. Below are the primary responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver data analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions to enhance the sales organization’s performance.
  • Lead and manage the territory alignment process for the Emergency Care business, leveraging micro and macroeconomic data alongside customer penetration metrics, including product and zip code analyses.
  • Design and implement comprehensive sales representative and regional quota assessments and measurement metrics; develop materials to offer data-driven recommendations, assessments, and tracking.
  • Focus on stabilizing and optimizing the performance of Power BI analytics through meticulous data model refinement, enhancement of DAX queries, and the application of best practices to ensure efficient and dependable reporting.
  • Act as a super user of sales tools, conducting in-depth analyses and formulating recommendations for territorial optimization.
  • Analyze both internal and external data sources to support the development and execution of effective sales strategies and programs.
  • Collaborate with National Accounts and marketing teams to identify and analyze targeted sales opportunities and conduct customer business reviews.
  • Serve as a liaison between commercial functions and IT/IS, Finance, and Market Development teams, ensuring that requirements are met and projects are executed promptly.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in writing Python code and scripts.

Preferred:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Azure, particularly in connecting data models to various technical data sources.
  • Familiarity with a range of tools and data sources, including Excel, SharePoint, Oracle DB, SAP HANA DB, SQL Server, Power Automate, and DB2.
  • Background in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Knowledge of demand management and forecasting tools, as well as forecasting processes applicable to sales, marketing operations, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain.
  • Proficiency in writing and understanding SQL.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $67,400 – $136,200, with eligibility for bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Requirement:
Travel will comprise approximately 10% of the role.
