Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Suite Attendants to join our team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. In the role of Suite Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of assigned luxury suites, which includes stocking, serving, and tending to guests’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare the suite and ensure that all items are in place for guest arrival, including those pre-ordered prior to the event.
– Anticipate guests’ needs by suggesting additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and effectively communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff.
– Adhere to all laws and regulations, including verifying identification before serving alcoholic beverages.
– Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the suite throughout the event.
– Obtain signatures from the suite host for any incurred charges.

Qualifications:

– A high school diploma or GED is not required.
– A minimum of one year of service experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment is required.
– Previous experience as a suite runner is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

– Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
– Capability to stand and walk for the entire duration of the shift.
– Willingness to work in variable temperatures.
– Ability to work in narrow spaces may be required.
