Management Training Program Details:
As a management trainee, you can expect a program designed to equip you for success in creating your ideal career, regardless of the industry. Training completion will vary between 60 to 90 days, depending on your current experience. During the program, you will:

  • Receive robust support, mentoring, and essential learning to ensure your success.

  • Represent Citrin in front of clients and their customers, guiding the team towards achieving success.

Our structured program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to eventually manage your own market, developing your team in one to three dealerships with responsibility for 15 to 50+ employees.

Responsibilities:
Your training will prepare you to:

  • Oversee daily valet operations for your assigned location(s).
  • Cultivate a leadership mindset with professional communication skills.
  • Motivate and empower a team to deliver world-class hospitality.
  • Manage personnel effectively, holding team members accountable to established expectations.
  • Create and manage schedules, daily reports, and budget allocations.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Relocation is not required but may enhance your growth opportunities.
  • A minimum of one year of people and operations management experience in a customer-focused environment is essential. Only candidates with demonstrated management experience will be considered.
  • Experience in sales, leadership, and hospitality may include roles in hotels, retail, commission sales, or restaurant environments, as well as participation or leadership in team activities, military service, or community, social, or academic organizations.
  • A valid driver’s license with no significant infractions is required.
  • Availability to work an average of 45 to 50 hours per week is expected.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions on your record within the past five years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is mandatory, and the position does not require work authorization sponsorship.
