Job Description
Job Title: Deli Baker
Company: Pilot Flying J
Location: Canton, OH
Pay: $11.05 – 14.43 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate for a Deli Baker in Canton, OH, ranging from $11.05 to $14.43, appears to be on the lower side when compared to national averages for similar positions, which typically fall between $13 to $18 per hour, depending on experience and location. In 2023, the cost of living in Ohio is relatively modest, but this wage range may still not attract sufficient talent or reflect the skills required for the role, especially in terms of baking expertise and food safety standards. Overall, while competitive within the local context, it likely does not align well with broader industry standards, potentially leading to challenges in recruitment and retention.
