Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, package, and sell store-baked products according to company standards.
  • Organize and stock work areas to ensure an efficient workflow.
  • Prepare food in accordance with company standards by adhering to established process cards.
  • Comply with all food safety and handling standards and practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional guest service skills and a commitment to maintaining a guest-focused culture.
  • Proficiency in completing accurate sales transactions.
  • Capability to manage and prep food in a clean and safe manner.
  • Strong adherence to processes and policies.
