Job Description
Job Title: Deli Production Team Member
Company: Pilot Company
Location: Canton, OH
Pay: $11.2 – 15.7 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $11.20 to $15.70 for a “Deli Production Team Member” in Canton, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale when compared to industry standards in the food service and deli sector. According to data from various employment sources, deli workers typically earn between $12 to $20 per hour depending on experience, location, and company size. Given that Ohio’s minimum wage is around $9.30, the starting pay is slightly above this baseline, but the upper range of $15.70 may not be competitive when considering the cost of living and the demands of the role. Overall, while the offered rates are acceptable for entry-level positions, they may not attract experienced candidates or reflect current market trends.
