Position Overview:
We are seeking team members who are adaptable and capable of working across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The pay range for this position is $14.12 – $18.34 per hour. This role is based in Kenwood, Cincinnati, at 7888 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest service by:
- Engaging with guests to understand their needs and assist them in creating tailored meal solutions
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and weekly promotions throughout the store, while collaborating with colleagues across departments to provide assistance
- Creating a welcoming shopping environment by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items, while ensuring guests receive attention
- Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties within the store
- Properly receiving and stocking goods in accordance with The Fresh Market standards
- Slicing and preparing a variety of meats, cheeses, and convenient meal solutions, ensuring high-quality product levels throughout the day
- Presenting oneself in a professional manner and adhering to uniform standards

- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
- Must be at least 18 years of age to work in our Deli
