About the Position:
We are seeking team members who are adaptable and can work across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The hourly pay for this position ranges from $14.12 to $18.34. This position is based in the Kenwood area of Cincinnati, located at 7888 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest service by:
- Engaging with guests to understand their preferences and supporting them in creating tailored meal solutions
- Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of products and weekly promotions across the store, collaborating with various departments to assist guests effectively
- Enhancing the shopping experience through merchandising and restocking of products, while ensuring nearby guests receive assistance
- Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and uphold general housekeeping duties within the store
- Receive and stock goods in accordance with The Fresh Market standards
- Slice and prepare a variety of meats, cheeses, and convenient meal options, ensuring optimal product quality throughout the day
- Present yourself in a professional manner, consistently following uniform guidelines
