About the Position:
We are seeking versatile team members capable of working across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The pay range for this position is between $14.12 and $18.34 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by:
    • Engaging with guests to understand their needs and assist them in creating meal solutions.
    • Maintaining knowledge of products and weekly promotional items, coordinating assistance across departments.
    • Crafting a welcoming shopping experience through effective merchandising and stocking while ensuring guest assistance.
    • Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and supporting general housekeeping duties within the store.
    • Properly receiving and stocking goods in accordance with The Fresh Market’s standards.
    • Slicing and preparing a variety of meats, cheeses, and convenient meal options, while ensuring product quality.
  • Maintain professionalism by adhering to uniform standards.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for delivering extraordinary service.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to work in the Deli.
