Position Overview:
We seek versatile team members capable of working across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The hourly pay range for this position is $14.12 – $18.34.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service that includes:
    • Engaging guests to understand their preferences and assisting them in finding meal solutions
    • Maintaining product knowledge and awareness of weekly ad items to provide informed support across departments
    • Cultivating a welcoming shopping environment by effectively merchandising and restocking products, while ensuring guest needs are met
    • Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties throughout the store
    • Properly receiving and stocking goods in accordance with The Fresh Market standards
    • Preparing and slicing a variety of meats, cheeses, and meal solutions while upholding quality standards
  • Present oneself in a professional manner, adhering to uniform standards

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to work in our Deli
