As a Delivery Driver with Aaron’s, you will play a vital role in keeping our operations moving. This position provides a dynamic work environment, not a typical desk job. You will engage with customers on various tasks, including driving, installing products, and demonstrating how to use merchandise. Since this role is store-based, you will also assist with moving, installing, and picking up merchandise, allowing for diverse daily interactions and community engagement.

Key Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently load, secure, and protect merchandise
• Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise for customers
• Safely operate the delivery vehicle
• Provide support in the store as needed

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum age: 21 (18 in Canada)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted and 300 lbs. with a dolly (training and safety equipment provided)
• Willingness to work in various outdoor weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL not necessary)
• No overnight travel required
