Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing exemplary customer service that consistently surpasses standard expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures. Pull orders for tires as requested by customers, ensure accurate loading of orders into delivery vehicles, and check deliveries for accuracy before routing them effectively. Complete and return forms, handling invoices, transfers, and all related paperwork accurately. In the absence of pending deliveries, unload deliveries, pull orders, and fulfill additional warehouse duties.

Adhere to all necessary safety regulations at all times and promptly relay pertinent information to the manager. Address customer inquiries with politeness and courtesy, escalating to the manager when additional information is required. Ensure the timely delivery of customer orders in a professional business-like manner, focusing solely on assigned deliveries and making necessary calls to management from customer locations as needed.

After deliveries, leave customer locations without delay and consistently observe vehicle safety procedures. Legibly initial all cash invoices, follow cash handling protocols accurately, and complete return forms in a timely fashion. Verify and complete invoices accurately, documenting all relevant information, and execute transfers properly. Conduct weekly vehicle checks and perform routine maintenance checks as needed. Notify the manager of any non-routine repairs or maintenance requirements for company vehicles, and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle daily.

Pull the correct tires to fulfill orders and stock them appropriately. Assist in the loading and unloading of vehicles, as well as perform facility maintenance in terms of housekeeping and maintenance responsibilities. Exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and proactivity with customers, vendors, and fellow employees consistently. Follow oral and written instructions accurately, collaborate effectively with team members under time constraints, and produce high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail.
