Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned. Consistently delivers superior customer service that exceeds typical expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures. Accurately pulls tires according to customer orders, loads deliveries into vehicles, verifies order accuracy, and routes deliveries effectively. Completes and processes forms, including invoices and transfers, with precision.

In the absence of pending deliveries, assists with unloading incoming shipments, pulling orders, and performing various warehouse duties. Adheres to all safety regulations at all times and communicates relevant information to the manager promptly. Responds to customer inquiries courteously or escalates to management when necessary. Ensures timely and professional delivery of orders, only conducting assigned deliveries, and communicates with the manager as needed from customer locations.

Exhibits promptness in leaving customer sites post-delivery and strictly follows vehicle safety protocols. Legibly initials all cash invoices and adheres to established cash handling procedures. Accurately completes return forms and verifies invoices. Records all pertinent information accurately and ensures the correct handling of transfers. Conducts weekly vehicle inspections and performs routine maintenance checks as required.

Notifies the manager of any need for non-routine vehicle repairs or maintenance and performs daily vehicle clean-up. Properly stocks tires and aids in the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles. Engages in facility upkeep, including maintenance and housekeeping tasks. Demonstrates professionalism, courtesy, and proactiveness at all times with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Accurately follows both verbal and written instructions and effectively collaborates as part of a team under time constraints. Maintains a high standard of quality in work with meticulous attention to detail. Adheres to company policies and procedures and complies with attendance and punctuality requirements. Proactively seeks training opportunities both internally and externally.

Education and Experience:
