SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of this role is to fulfill customer requirements by delivering auto parts and tires in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position encompasses a range of responsibilities, and additional duties may be assigned as necessary. Providing exceptional customer service is paramount, aiming to surpass standard customer expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures. Key duties include pulling tires based on customer orders, loading them into delivery vehicles, verifying delivery accuracy, and optimizing delivery routes. The role also involves managing paperwork such as forms, invoices, and transfers with precision. In instances where no deliveries are pending, the employee will assist in unloading deliveries, pulling orders, and performing various warehouse tasks.

Safety regulations must be observed at all times, and timely communication of relevant information to management is essential. The employee is expected to answer customer inquiries courteously or direct them to the manager when further assistance is needed. Deliveries should be executed promptly and professionally, with the employee making only designated deliveries and contacting the manager as required from the customer’s location.

After completing deliveries, the employee should promptly leave the site. Adherence to vehicle safety protocols is mandatory, including proper cash handling procedures, initialing cash invoices legibly, and correctly completing return forms. Invoices must be verified and accurately documented, and weekly vehicle checks along with routine maintenance assessments are required.
