Job Title: Delivery Driver – Part Time – Akron

Company: Conrad’s

Location: Akron, OH

Pay: $13 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $16 for the part-time delivery driver position in Akron, OH, is generally considered below the national median wage for similar roles, which often ranges from $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience, location, and company policies. In Ohio, delivery drivers typically earn closer to $15 to $18 per hour, affected by factors such as local demand and operational costs. Therefore, while the wage may attract applicants in lower cost-of-living areas, it may not be competitive enough to retain good talent or reflect the increasing wage expectations in the service and logistics sectors, especially as many companies are pushing towards higher pay standards to attract workers.
