Accurately addresses customer needs through the timely, efficient, and professional delivery of auto parts and tires.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following. Other responsibilities may be assigned as necessary. Provides exceptional customer service daily, consistently exceeding expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures. Responsible for accurately pulling tires according to customer orders and loading these orders into delivery vehicles. Verifies the accuracy of deliveries and efficiently routes them. Completes and returns forms, accurately handles invoices, transfers, and other required documentation.

In the absence of pending deliveries, assists with unloading deliveries, pulling orders, and performing various warehouse duties. Adheres to all safety regulations at all times and communicates pertinent information to management in a timely manner. Responds to customer inquiries politely and courteously, directing them to management when further assistance is needed. Ensures prompt delivery of customer orders in a professional manner, executing only the deliveries assigned. Contacts management from customer locations as necessary.

Ensures a timely departure from customer locations post-delivery and strictly follows vehicle safety procedures at all times. Accurately initials cash invoices and complies with established cash handling protocols. Completes return forms diligently and in a timely manner. Verifies and completes invoices, recording all pertinent information. Accurately handles transfers, performs weekly vehicle checks, and conducts routine vehicle maintenance when required.

Informs management of any non-routine vehicle repairs or maintenance needs and engages in daily vehicle cleanup. Pulls the correct tires to fulfill orders and properly stocks them. Assists with loading and unloading vehicles while also participating in facility maintenance tasks, including general housekeeping.
