SUMMARY
The successful candidate will effectively address customer needs by delivering auto parts and tires in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This includes, but is not limited to: delivering superior customer service on a daily basis that surpasses standard expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include pulling tires per customer orders, loading orders into delivery vehicles, ensuring accuracy in deliveries, and efficiently routing them. The role also involves accurately completing and returning forms, handling invoices, transfers, and all necessary paperwork.

When not engaged in deliveries, the employee will assist with unloading deliveries, pulling orders, and performing various warehouse tasks. It is essential to observe and comply with all safety regulations at all times and relay pertinent information to management promptly. The individual will address customer inquiries courteously or refer them to management as appropriate. Deliveries must be made promptly and professionally, strictly adhering to assigned routes. Communication with management from the customer location is required as needed.

The candidate will promptly leave customer locations after completing deliveries and will always follow vehicle safety protocols. Proper recording of cash invoices and adherence to cash handling procedures is vital. The individual must accurately complete return forms and invoices and ensure all information is documented correctly. They will also be responsible for performing weekly vehicle checks and routine maintenance, reporting any non-routine repairs or maintenance needs, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness on a daily basis.

Additional duties include pulling the correct tires to fill orders, stocking tires correctly, assisting with loading and unloading of vehicles, and performing facility maintenance, including housekeeping tasks. The candidate must demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and proactivity in interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Following both oral and written instructions accurately and efficiently while working collaboratively within a team and meeting deadlines is essential. QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A minimum of two years of driving experience with a valid driver’s license is preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
The capacity to read basic two- and three-syllable words, identify similarities and differences in words, and recognize numeric sequences is essential. The ability to communicate effectively in simple spoken sentences is also required.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Proficiency in performing basic arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals is necessary. The candidate should also be able to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, as well as interpret bar graphs.
