Job Description
Job Title: Delivery Driver – Part Time – Cleveland
Company: Conrad’s
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay: $13 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $16 for a part-time Delivery Driver position in Cleveland, OH, is generally on the lower end of the scale compared to industry standards. According to various wage reports, delivery drivers in urban areas typically earn between $15 to $20 per hour, with wages potentially increasing based on experience, the demand for drivers, and the specific company’s compensation structure. Additionally, considering the rising cost of living and the competition for job roles in delivery services, including those from popular gig economy platforms, this pay rate may not be competitive enough to attract a substantial workforce, potentially leading to turnover issues. Overall, while this wage range may suffice for entry-level positions, it may need to be adjusted to align more closely with market expectations and sustain employee retention.
