SUMMARY
This position involves fulfilling customer needs by delivering auto parts and tires promptly and professionally.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures. The individual will pull tires based on customer orders, load deliveries into vehicles, verify delivery accuracy, and route them efficiently. Additionally, the role requires the accurate completion and submission of various forms, as well as the proper handling of invoices and other documentation. In the absence of pending deliveries, the employee will assist with unloading, pulling orders, and performing other warehouse tasks.

Safety regulations must be observed at all times, and relevant information should be promptly communicated to management. The employee will address customer inquiries courteously, or escalate them to management when necessary. Deliveries should be executed in a timely and professional manner, with the employee making only designated deliveries and contacting management as required while on-site.

Employees are expected to depart customer locations promptly after deliveries and consistently follow vehicle safety protocols. Proper cash handling procedures must be observed, including clear initialing on cash invoices and accurate completion of return forms. It is also essential to verify and finalize invoices thoroughly and to conduct weekly vehicle checks alongside routine maintenance as needed. Any non-routine repairs or maintenance issues concerning company vehicles must be reported to management, and daily vehicle cleanup is required.

Responsibilities include correctly pulling tires to fulfill orders, stocking tires methodically, assisting with loading and unloading of vehicles, and performing facility maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
