SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of this role is to fulfill customer needs by delivering auto parts and tires in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing exemplary customer service that consistently exceeds expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures. Duties involve pulling tires per customer orders, accurately loading orders into delivery vehicles, and verifying delivery accuracy while determining effective routing. Completion and submission of forms, along with the handling of invoices and transfers, must be executed accurately.

In the absence of deliveries, employees will assist in unloading deliveries, pulling orders, and performing various warehouse tasks. Adherence to safety regulations is required at all times, and timely communication of relevant information to management is essential. Employees must engage with customers in a courteous and respectful manner, directing more complex inquiries to the manager when appropriate. Prompt and professional delivery of customer orders is expected, along with making only authorized deliveries and maintaining timely communication with the manager from customer locations.

Employees are responsible for ensuring prompt departure from customer locations post-delivery, following all vehicle safety protocols, and accurately initialing cash invoices while complying with cash handling procedures. Proper completion of return forms and invoice verification is necessary, along with maintaining accurate records of all pertinent information. Regular vehicle inspections should be performed, including routine maintenance checks and reporting of any non-routine repairs or maintenance to a company vehicle. Daily vehicle cleaning is also expected.

Additionally, responsibilities include accurately pulling tires to fulfill orders and stocking them systematically. Participation in facility maintenance, encompassing housekeeping and maintenance tasks, is required. Employees should consistently demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and proactivity when interacting with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Following oral and written instructions accurately and working collaboratively under time constraints while maintaining quality work and attention to detail is crucial. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
