Job Description
Job Title: Delivery Driver – Part Time
Company: Conrad’s
Location: Akron, OH
Pay: $13 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $16 for a part-time Delivery Driver in Akron, OH, is generally considered competitive, though it may be slightly below the national average for similar positions, which often range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on factors like experience, company, and specific delivery requirements. In Akron, the cost of living is relatively lower than in major metropolitan areas, which may justify the offered pay range; however, it’s important to consider that many delivery driver roles, especially with larger companies, may offer additional incentives such as bonuses, mileage reimbursement, or tips that could enhance overall earnings. Hence, while the base pay is acceptable for the local economy, potential job seekers should evaluate the complete compensation package and workplace conditions when assessing competitiveness.
