Job Description
Job Title: Delivery Driver – Part Time
Company: Conrad’s
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay: $13 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 – $16 for a part-time Delivery Driver position in Cleveland, OH, is slightly below the average for similar roles in the region. As of October 2023, delivery drivers in urban areas like Cleveland typically earn between $15 and $20 per hour, depending on factors like experience, the specific company, and the demand for delivery services. While this pay range may attract entry-level candidates, it may not be competitive enough to retain more experienced drivers or to attract applicants amid rising living costs and ongoing labor shortages in the industry. Thus, to enhance competitiveness, the position might benefit from a higher wage or additional incentives.
