Job Title: Delivery Driver – Tires & Automotive Parts – Akron

Company: Conrad’s

Location: Akron, OH

Pay: $13 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $16 for a “Delivery Driver – Tires & Automotive Parts” position in Akron, OH, is on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for delivery drivers in the U.S. typically ranges from $15 to $20, depending on factors like experience and specific industry demands. In Akron, the cost of living is relatively low compared to larger urban areas, but this pay range may still not adequately reflect the job’s responsibilities and the need for reliable transportation, especially considering the physical demands of the role. Overall, while this rate may attract some entry-level candidates, it may not be competitive enough to retain experienced drivers or attract quality talent in the long term.
