Job description:

Provides exemplary customer service on a daily basis that consistently exceeds standard customer expectations, while adhering to company policies and procedures. Responsible for loading orders into delivery vehicles and ensuring the accuracy of deliveries, effectively routing them as necessary. Accurately completes return forms and manages invoices, transfers, and all corresponding paperwork.

In the absence of pending deliveries, performs other warehouse duties as required. Strictly observes and complies with all safety regulations at all times, including vehicle safety protocols. Communicates pertinent information to the manager in a timely manner and addresses all customer inquiries with politeness and professionalism, or refers them to the manager when further information is needed.

Delivers customer orders promptly and efficiently, strictly adhering to assigned delivery routes. Initiates communication with the manager from the customer’s location as necessary. Legibly initials all cash invoices and follows proper cash handling procedures, documenting all relevant information on invoices. Conducts daily vehicle checks and performs routine maintenance inspections as necessary, reporting any non-routine repairs or maintenance needs to the manager.

Maintains vehicle cleanliness on a daily basis and participates in facility maintenance tasks, which include housekeeping responsibilities. Demonstrates professionalism, courtesy, and proactivity in interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues at all times. Accurately follows both oral and written instructions and collaborates effectively with team members under time constraints, delivering high-quality work with attention to detail.

Adheres to company policies and procedures while meeting attendance and punctuality guidelines. Actively seeks out and prepares for training opportunities both within the organization and independently. Reports to work on time, as scheduled, in compliance with company policies.
