The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service that consistently surpasses expectations, while adhering to company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Loading customer orders into delivery vehicles.
  • Verifying delivery accuracy and optimizing routes for efficiency.
  • Completing return forms, handling invoices, transfers, and all related documentation accurately.
  • Assisting with warehouse duties during periods without pending deliveries.
  • Complying with all safety regulations and following vehicle safety protocols at all times.
  • Communicating relevant information to the manager promptly.
  • Responding to customer inquiries professionally and courteously, referring complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Executing customer deliveries in a timely, professional manner, strictly adhering to assigned delivery routes.
  • Making necessary telephone communication with management from customer locations.
  • Initialing cash invoices clearly and handling cash following established procedures.
