Job description:

Accurately fulfills customer requirements by delivering auto parts and tires in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

Provides exceptional customer service on a daily basis that exceeds standard expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Operates a 26-foot International Truck to replenish parts and tires at internal locations and warehouses three days a week.
• Loads orders into delivery vehicles.
• Verifies accuracy of deliveries and determines effective routing.
• Completes return forms and diligently manages invoices, transfers, and other related paperwork.
• Assists with additional warehouse duties when deliveries are not pending.
• Consistently observes and adheres to safety regulations while following vehicle safety procedures.
• Communicates relevant information to management in a timely manner.
• Responds to customer inquiries politely and courteously, referring complex questions to management as necessary.
• Ensures prompt delivery of customer orders in a professional manner.
• Completes only assigned deliveries.
• Contacts management from customer locations when required.
• Legibly initials all cash invoices and adheres to proper cash handling procedures.
• Accurately records pertinent information on all invoices.
