Job description:

Accurately meets customer needs by delivering automotive parts and tires in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver superior customer service daily that consistently exceeds standard expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Operate a 26-foot International Truck to replenish parts and tires at internal locations and warehouses three days a week.
• Efficiently load orders into delivery vehicles.
• Verify delivery accuracy and ensure effective routing.
• Complete return documentation and proficiently manage invoices, transfers, and other relevant paperwork.
• Assist with warehouse duties when deliveries are not scheduled.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and vehicle safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate essential information to the manager promptly.
• Address customer inquiries in a polite and courteous manner, referring complex questions to the manager when needed.
• Ensure prompt and professional delivery of customer orders.
• Limit delivery assignments to those specifically designated.
• Check in with the manager from the customer’s location as necessary.
• Initial all cash invoices clearly and follow proper cash handling procedures.
