Job description:
Provides exceptional customer service on a daily basis, consistently surpassing customer expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Loads customer orders efficiently into delivery vehicles and verifies the accuracy of deliveries, ensuring effective routing. Completes necessary return forms, manages invoices, and processes transfers along with all related paperwork accurately. Assumes additional warehouse responsibilities when there are no pending deliveries.

Maintains strict compliance with safety regulations and vehicle safety procedures at all times. Communicates relevant information to management in a timely manner and addresses customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, referring them to the manager when further assistance is required. Ensures prompt and efficient delivery of customer orders, strictly adhering to assigned delivery routes.

Initials all cash invoices clearly and abides by proper cash handling protocols. Accurately records all pertinent information on invoices and performs routine checks on vehicles daily, notifying management of any required non-routine repairs or maintenance. Cleans vehicles on a daily basis and performs facility maintenance, including housekeeping and other maintenance duties.

Exhibits professionalism, courtesy, and a proactive approach in interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Follows both oral and written instructions meticulously while collaborating effectively with team members under tight deadlines.
