Job description:

Provides exceptional customer service daily, consistently exceeding standard customer expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Efficiently loads orders into delivery vehicles and verifies the accuracy of deliveries, ensuring effective routing. Completes return forms and manages invoices, transfers, and related paperwork with precision.

When deliveries are not pending, performs various warehouse duties as required. Observes and complies with all safety regulations at all times, including adhering to vehicle safety protocols. Communicates relevant information to management promptly and addresses customer inquiries with courtesy, directing them to management when necessary.

Delivers customer orders promptly and professionally, undertaking only assigned deliveries. Maintains communication with the manager from customer locations as needed. Accurately initials all cash invoices and follows established cash handling protocols while recording pertinent information on all invoices.

Conducts daily vehicle checks and addresses routine maintenance as needed, reporting any non-routine repairs or maintenance requirements for company vehicles. Ensures the vehicle is cleaned daily and participates in facility maintenance, including housekeeping and maintenance responsibilities.

Demonstrates professionalism, courtesy, and proactivity in interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues at all times. Follows oral and written instructions accurately and efficiently, collaborates effectively as part of a team, especially under deadlines. Produces quality work with attention to detail, adheres to company policies and procedures, and meets attendance and punctuality expectations.

Actively seeks and prepares for internal and external training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Reports to work on time and as scheduled, in compliance with policy guidelines.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
